The time between laser hair removal sessions is approximately 30 to 60 days, as follicular growth must be maintained. However, this time will increase as the treatment progresses. Our specialist technicians will schedule your sessions based on your progress and will provide you with personalized advice. Please also remember that the time may vary depending on the treatment and the area you wish to have treated.

It's not recommended that you exercise immediately after your laser hair removal session. After the treatment, your skin will be more sensitive than usual , so rubbing against clothing and excessive sweating could irritate it. It's recommended to wait 24 hours after exercising so your skin is fully healed.

Before your laser session, you should shave 24-48 hours beforehand if your hair is thick, and 5-6 days beforehand if it's thin. Avoid applying self-tanning creams. Wait at least two weeks beforehand to begin the treatment, in addition to exfoliating three times beforehand. Wait 15 days after applying UVA rays to begin the diode laser hair removal treatment, in addition to exfoliating three times beforehand. After your laser hair removal session, it's important to take care of your skin. It's recommended to use Regenerating Lotion for the first 2-3 days and apply it regularly, as it will help regenerate and repair your skin. Apply SPF 50 sunscreen to the treated area and avoid sun exposure for 3-4 days after treatment. To help maintain your skin during the waiting period until your next session, it's also a good idea to use our Rosehip Moisturizing Lotion, thanks to its nourishing action. Laser hair removal and the sun are completely compatible , as long as we avoid sun exposure for 3-4 days before and after treatment , keep our skin hydrated and use sunscreen on the treated areas.

UVA rays are compatible with laser hair removal, provided there is a minimum of 15 days between treatments , in addition to performing two or three exfoliations beforehand. This way, the melanin will not be activated, making the treatment safer. You can resume using them as soon as the skin is fully healed (approximately 4 days) if you wish.

Self-tanners and laser hair removal are compatible, as long as a minimum of two weeks passes between applying the self-tanner and the diode laser hair removal session, in addition to exfoliating three or two times beforehand.
