The Role: Delivering First-Class CX

As a Finnish-speaking CSR, you are the voice of our high-profile clients. You will handle customer interactions primarily via calls and email, ensuring every person you assist leaves with a smile. Specifically, while most interactions are in Finnish, you may occasionally use translation tools to assist Swedish and Norwegian customers.

  • Customer Support: Deliver first-class service every day through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Problem Solving: Use a solution-oriented mindset to navigate customer issues and provide the best possible outcomes.
  • Multitasking: Manage several customers simultaneously across different systems, maintaining a high standard of quality under pressure.
  • Translation Support: Assist Nordic customers using provided translation tools when necessary.
