Specifically, you will own the bar experience, sharing the stories behind our pours and ensuring every guest receives a high-energy, memorable interaction even during high-pressure moments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Mastery: Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with technical precision and consistency.
• Guest Engagement: Greet guests, take orders, and confidently recommend drinks and food pairings based on deep menu knowledge.
• Sales Strategy: Promote daily specials and highlight seasonal creations using effective suggestive selling techniques.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations at all times.
• Financial Integrity: Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing while managing bar inventory.
• Compliance: Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including age verification for alcohol service.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with floor and kitchen staff to maintain the rhythm and quality of service.

• Tech Savvy: You have experience with POS handling and basic cash reconciliation.
