Marbella Three Kings Parade 2026

Experience the Magic: The Three Kings Celebration in Marbella 2026
In Spain, the Christmas season reaches its peak not on December 25th, but on Three Kings Day (Día de los Reyes Magos). Marbella celebrates this holiday with one of the most spectacular events of the year: the Cabalgata de Reyes Magos (Three Kings Parade).
This cherished Spanish tradition marks the arrival of the Three Wise Men—Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar—who bring gifts to children on the night of January 5th.
What to Expect at the Parade:
- Dazzling Floats: The procession features elaborately decorated floats, vibrant music, and hundreds of costumed participants.
- Sweet Showers: The Three Kings and their entourage throw thousands of sweets and small gifts into the eager crowds lining the streets. Bring a bag or an upside-down umbrella to collect your treats!
- The Arrival: The Kings often make a spectacular entrance, sometimes arriving by boat at the Puerto Deportivo before the main parade begins.
The Spanish Tradition: January 6th is a national holiday when families gather to open the gifts left by the Kings and share the traditional Roscón de Reyes (a sweet ring-shaped cake with a hidden surprise).
