Job Description: Maintenance Technician

🚀 Your Mission: Infrastructure & Operational Safety

Your primary goal involves the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all property equipment and infrastructure. Therefore, you ensure that all technical systems operate safely and efficiently without disruption to the guest experience. Specifically, you play a critical part in ensuring the property is always “guest-ready”.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Repair & Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance on buildings, machinery, and systems, addressing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Preventative Oversight: Implement and follow strict preventive maintenance schedules and inspect property infrastructure to ensure safety.
• Urgent Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and high-priority repair needs.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and shift reports to track all technical activity.
• Logistics Support: Support vendor coordination, assist external contractors, and contribute to special projects or event setups.
• Safety Standards: Identify and report hazards while maintaining workshop areas in an organized, clean condition.

✅ Who You Are

• The Professional: You possess 2–3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, ideally within high-end hospitality or resorts.
• Multi-Skilled: You are proficient across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Reliable & Fit: You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and physically capable of manual labor such as lifting and climbing.
• Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities.
• Communicator: You can communicate clearly with management and external contractors to ensure project success.
