Your primary goal involves delivering premium, stylish food and beverage service that exceeds brand standards. You will take ownership of a specific pool or beach section, ensuring every guest lounging in our cabanas or sofas receives highly personalized attention. By doing so, you help create unforgettable moments of relaxation and indulgence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Guidance: Guide guests through the full culinary and beverage experience, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Section Ownership: Manage your designated area with proactivity, anticipating guest needs before they are even voiced.
• Operational Precision: Confidently take orders and handle billing and payments with total accuracy and discretion.
• Pristine Standards: Keep service stations and guest areas well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with runners, kitchen, bar, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all hygiene and safety protocols, including legal checks for alcohol service.
• Brand Advocacy: Share knowledge about the Nikki Beach brand, global locations, and upcoming events with confidence.

✅ Who You Are

• The Experienced Host: You bring previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
• The F&B Expert: You have strong knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails (wine knowledge is a significant plus).
• The Calm Professional: You possess the ability to remain efficient and elegant even in fast-paced service conditions.
• The Linguist: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additionally, Spanish or other languages like German are highly valued.
• Polished Presence: You maintain a high level of personal presentation and grooming.
• Flexible: You are available to work weekends, holidays, and long shifts during the peak summer season.
