As our Learning Experience Designer, you will bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that actually change people. You are the architect of a system where every word and soundscape serves transformation.
Your 4 Major Responsibilities
- Experience Architecture: You will own the full learning system, designing journeys that engage both the heart and the brain.
- Premium Course Crafting: You will co-craft cinematic, science-based learning journeys with top performers and experts.
- AI & Loop Design: You will write and optimize prompt chains so that every exchange with our AI agents feels human and transformative.
- Measurement & Iteration: You will define KPIs of transformation and iterate on courses using real learner data and behavioral triggers.
✅ Who You Are
- Experienced Builder: You have 3–6 years in Learning or Experience Design and have shipped at least one major feature or product.
- Portfolio Ready: You can show a portfolio of “cinematic” or narrative-rich learning programs.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
- Craft-Obsessed: You have a “doer” mentality and a strong aesthetic sensibility for how a course “feels”.
- Language Master: You are a native French speaker with fluent English skills.
