Consequently\, it offers a rare look into twenty-five years of creative work by this acclaimed Madrid-based artist. \nThe showcase features over 40 large and medium-format analog photographs alongside selected videographic pieces. Visitors will be immersed in a world where the human body reflects beauty\, memory\, and the passage of time. Karen Smith\, artistic director of the Shanghai Center of Photography\, defined his style as “Romantic Realism”. This unique language captures reality without artifice while striving for the sublime through deep sensitivity. \nKatsuba works exclusively with traditional analog cameras to explore the links between painting\, sculpture\, dance\, and architecture. His poetic images cover a global landscape\, spanning from St. Petersburg and Madrid to Mexico and New York. Furthermore\, the artist revisits specific locations that are central to his own emotional biography.
