CONNECT & GROW: DANISH ACCOUNT MANAGER | MÁLAGA

JUJUR is looking for a proactive, results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of Málaga. We specialize in high-impact hospitality and sales solutions, and we need a native or fluent Danish speaker to help us maintain strong relationships and drive business value for our international clients.

📈 YOUR MISSION: RELATIONSHIPS & REVENUE

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Account Qualification: Utilize CRM tools to contact and qualify accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for both activity and performance.
  • Strategic Communication: Maintain regular contact with accounts to drive business and ensure strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Sales Campaigns: Participate in targeted activities such as call storms, industry-focused campaigns, and hotel-specific initiatives.
  • Upselling Approach: Adopt an upselling mindset during client interactions to maximize revenue and add value to the client experience.
  • Alternative Solutions: Provide chain-wide discounts and offer alternative solutions when preferred hotels are unavailable.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for a highly organized communicator who enjoys the fast-paced nature of sales.

  • Languages: Native or fluent Danish (oral and written) and at least a B2 level in English.
  • Sales Background: A proven track record in sales; experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
