Are you ready to join an international fashion powerhouse and become part of a Global Finance transformation journey? BESTSELLER is looking for a proactive and collaborative Accountant to join our SOUTH HUB in Málaga, Spain.

This role is responsible for key finance processes and daily operations across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal. You will report directly to our Finance Team Leader while working in a dynamic environment that values “freedom with responsibility.”

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accountant for the South HUB, you will be a central part of the accounting operations for our Wholesale and Retail entities:

• Accounting & Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash movements, and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
• Vendor Accounting: Support invoice posting, account reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies with suppliers.
• Reporting & Closing: Support month-end and year-end activities while preparing internal financial reports to support business decisions.
• Collaboration: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and harmonize accounting processes across other HUBs.

2. CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an analytical professional with an agile mindset:

• Experience: Proven experience in accounting, ideally in an international or shared services environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and general ledger reconciliations.
• Tools: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
• Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Soft Skills: A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
