AI Learning Designer – EdTech (French fluent )

I. YOUR MISSION: ARCHITECTING TRANSFORMATION

Your goal is to bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that don’t just teach—they change lives.

The 4 Pillars of Your Role:

1. Experience Architecture: Own the full system. Design journeys, not just content. Every word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation.
2. Cinematic Course Design: Co-craft premium courses with top performers, translating their genius into science-based, visually stunning learning journeys.
3. AI Conversations & Loops: Write and optimize prompt chains for AI Agents so every interaction feels human, adaptive, and transformative.
4. Data-Driven Iteration: Define KPIs of transformation (not just completion). Analyze where the transformation breaks and rebuild it grounded in data.

II. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for a “Craft-obsessed” doer who thrives in the space between chaos and clarity.

• Experience: 3–6 years in Learning Design or Instructional Design (EdTech or Coaching preferred).
• Portfolio: Evidence of “cinematic/narrative-rich” courses and at least one major product shipped end-to-end.
• Tech Stack: Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
• Traits: A strong editorial thinker with high aesthetic sensibility and a bias for outcomes.
• Linguistic Depth: Native French (to handle the nuances of language-sensitive AI loops) and fluent English.
