Specifically, you will support our mixologists by anticipating their needs and maintaining a pristine, fully stocked environment. 🚀 Your Mission: Operational Flow & Mixology Support

Your primary goal involves supporting the seamless operation of the bar to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Therefore, you must ensure the bar is consistently stocked, clean, and service-ready at all times. By doing so, you contribute directly to the vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that defines the Nikki Beach lifestyle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Support bartenders with daily setup, service, and breakdown. Specifically, you will complete opening, closing, and shift checklists.
• Inventory Management: Ensure a continuous stock of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Furthermore, you will monitor ice levels and restock efficiently during peak service periods.
• Mise-en-Place: Prepare juices, syrups, and cocktail ingredients, including dehydrated garnishes.
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. You must polish glassware to meet brand standards and strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and anticipate team needs proactively. In addition, you will minimize waste to support our sustainability initiatives.

• Physically Capable: You are physically able to lift and carry supplies safely throughout your shift.
• The Aspiring Mixologist: You have a strong interest in learning mixology and advancing your career in beverage service.
• The Linguist: Fluency in English is mandatory (and conversational Spanish is a strong plus).
