Therefore, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our maintenance team and help preserve the high standards of excellence that have defined us for over 70 years.

In this role, you aren’t just repairing structures; instead, you act as a guardian of the hotel’s physical legacy. Specifically, you will ensure that every wooden finish, lock, and structure reflects the authentic craftsmanship our guests expect from a world-class retreat.

🚀 Your Mission: Preserving Excellence

As a Carpenter within our Maintenance Department, your primary goal is to provide technical assistance for both corrective and preventive tasks. Furthermore, you will handle everything from delicate interior woodwork in guest rooms to large-scale exterior structures. By doing so, you ensure the hotel remains in pristine condition for our guests and employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Maintenance: Perform corrective carpentry and repairs that guests or staff request.
• Preventive Care: Execute organized maintenance plans for exterior enclosures, wooden structures, and interior carpentry.
• Guest Service Resolution: Respond promptly to work orders from Housekeeping and Reception. In addition, you will focus on general technical support.
• Event Support: Prepare and manage technical setups and assemblies for hotel events.
• Collaborative Support: Assist external technical companies and support ongoing renovation projects within the hotel.
• Operational Tasks: Maintain locks, glasswork, and general fixtures across all hotel facilities.

✅ Who You Are

• The Expert: You have solid knowledge of carpentry and locksmithing. Moreover, we highly value basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, or masonry.
• The Technician: You possess general carpentry experience. Additionally, you have specific training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). We recommend a technical vocational degree for this role.
• The Communicator: You have a basic level of English. Consequently, you can understand and assist guests effectively when they require help.
• The Driver: You must hold a B1 Driving License to operate buggies within the hotel grounds.
• The Problem Solver: You have the analytical grit to make technical decisions. Furthermore, you use your communication skills to work effectively in a team.
