In this role, you are a guardian of our brand’s signature elegance. Specifically, you will uphold high standards of hygiene across both guest-facing and operational spaces, ensuring a luxurious environment for both our visitors and your colleagues.

Job Description: Cleaner

🚀 Your Mission: Pristine Standards & Luxury Hygiene

Your primary goal involves maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness across all guest and operational areas. Therefore, you will manage everything from high-traffic beach walkways to back-of-house staff zones, ensuring the property feels welcoming at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public, staff, and operational areas daily, including restrooms, changing rooms, and offices.
• Hygiene Excellence: Ensure top hygiene standards in high-traffic zones like the restaurant, pool deck, and entrance.
• Resource Management: Replenish restroom and hygiene supplies promptly and monitor the stock of cleaning products to communicate restocking needs.
• Operational Support: Support laundry processes, including the collection and delivery of linens and uniforms. In addition, you will assist teams during high-volume periods by tidying spaces quickly and discreetly.
• Waste & Sustainability: Sort and dispose of waste according to internal sustainability and recycling guidelines.
• Safety & Maintenance: Use cleaning chemicals safely according to SOPs and immediately report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
• Professional Conduct: Attend daily briefings to stay updated on special service needs and VIP guests while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

✅ Who You Are

• The Professional: You possess previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• The Detail Specialist: You have strong time management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• The Linguist: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a distinct advantage.
• The Team Player: You can work independently or as part of a team while exhibiting discretion in guest-facing areas.
• Physically Fit: You are capable of working on your feet for extended periods and have high standards for personal grooming.
• Flexible: You are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
