CNC Operator/Programmer

We are looking for a CNC Operator/Programmer who takes pride in precision. If you have a proactive attitude, demonstrate autonomy, and believe that your team is your first customer, we want you in our workshop.

III. YOUR MISSION: PRECISION IN MOTION

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material setup to the final finishing of aerospace-grade parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5-Axis Operation: Program and operate a 5-axis CNC machine, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
• Workshop Management: Maintain and organize the workshop and tools in optimal condition.
• Full-Cycle Production: Execute all operations required to produce parts, including raw material handling and final finishing.
• Technical Support: Provide support to the process and mechanical engineering teams.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of parts and processes to ensure they meet strict aerospace standards.
• Traceability: Use software tools to keep product and process traceability up-to-date.

IV. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are seeking a technician who understands the “inner workings” of a high-spec mechanical workshop.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and CNC programming (including post-processing).
• Education: High school certificate in mechanics or other relevant technical degrees.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and maintenance instructions.
• Maintenance: Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance for machining equipment.

Valuable Extras:

• Knowledge of Mazak CV5/500 or equivalent machinery.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol or ISO SW languages.
• Mid-to-high level of English (Reading/Writing).
