Job Description: Cook (Cocinero/a)

As a Cook, your primary goal involves the preparation of high-end menu items in perfect coordination with the wider kitchen team. Therefore, you must balance speed with meticulous quality control. By doing so, you ensure that our raw materials are transformed into unforgettable culinary moments for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Execution: Prepare menu dishes in coordination with the team, ensuring perfect presentation, flavor, and timing.
  • Ingredient Management: Organize and prep high-rotation ingredients (vegetables, spices, sauces). Moreover, you will ensure their correct conservation and continuous availability.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline culinary production to maintain an efficient balance between service speed and luxury quality.
  • Quality Supervision: Verify the quality of raw materials and finished products. Specifically, you will ensure uniformity across all preparations.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow and promote food safety and hygiene regulations. Consequently, you will ensure the entire team applies these standards correctly.
  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment focused on high-performance results.
