YOUR MISSION: TRANSFORM PERSONAL BRAND INTO TOP-TIER MEDIA

You will lead our Content Factory not through administrative box-ticking, but through creative authority. Your goal is to produce content so unique it makes the competition look outdated.

Your 4 Major Responsibilities:

  • Dual-Brand Strategy: Build a symbiotic relationship where David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.
  • Radical Concepting & Delivery: Propose formats that shatter the codes of the industry (documentaries, reality shows) and take ownership of the entire production chain.
  • Command the Factory: Lead the internal content team (editors, designers, managers) by setting the tempo and the “Paradox Standard” of aesthetics.
  • Fuel the Growth Engine: Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce assets designed specifically to scale and convert via Ads and organic growth.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

We are looking for a “Doer” with Taste—someone who scripts, drives, and ships.

  • Proven Content Builder: You have successfully grown a media brand or YouTube channel to significant scale (100k+ followers).
  • Editorial Leadership: You know how to give the specific feedback that elevates a “good” video into a masterpiece.
  • Elite Scripting: You can write hooks that stop the scroll and keep audiences engaged for 20+ minutes.
  • Psychology Obsessed: You constantly ask why people click and what emotion drives human behavior.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or Bilingual French is essential, alongside fluent English for internal collaboration.
