🚀 YOUR MISSION: TRANSFORM A PERSONAL BRAND INTO TOP-TIER MEDIA

You will lead our “Content Factory” with creative authority, producing unique content that makes competitors look outdated.

• Dual-Brand Architect: Build a symbiotic strategy where David Laroche’s personal brand and the Paradox company brand reinforce each other.
• Radical Concepting: Propose unconventional formats—like documentaries or conceptual shorts—that shatter the boring codes of the self-help industry.
• Command the Factory: Lead the internal team of video editors and designers, setting daily standards of excellence and providing high-level artistic direction.
• Fuel Growth: Treat content as a primary acquisition channel by collaborating with the Head of Growth to produce high-converting assets.

• Proven Builder: You have grown a media brand or YouTube channel to over 100k followers and understand virality and retention.
• Elite Scripter: You can structure narratives and hooks that stop the scroll and keep audiences engaged for 20+ minutes.
• Mediocrity-Averse: You have “Taste”—you are pained by bad fonts or weak headlines and fight for the details others ignore.
• Psychology Obsessed: You study human nature to understand why people click, share, and connect.
• Linguistic Expert: You are native or bilingual in French and fluent in English.
