YOUR MISSION: CREATIVE AUTHORITY & BRAND ARCHITECTURE

You will lead the Content Factory not by administrative management, but by creative authority. Your goal is to produce content so unique it makes the competition look outdated.

Your 4 Major Responsibilities:

  1. Dual-Brand Strategy: Build a symbiotic relationship where David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other.
  2. Radical Concepting: Propose “Purple Cow” formats—documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts—that shatter the boring codes of the industry.
  3. Command the Factory: Lead the internal content team (editors, designers, factory managers), setting the tempo and the “Paradox Standard” of aesthetics.
  4. Fuel the Growth Engine: Collaborate with the Head of Growth to design content specifically built to convert and scale.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

We are looking for a “Doer” with Taste—someone who scripts, drives, and ships.

  • Proven Content Builder: You have grown a media brand or YouTube channel to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
  • Intolerant to Mediocrity: You are physically pained by a bad font, a clumsy cut, or a weak headline.
  • Psychology Obsessed: You study human nature and understand why people click and what emotion drives them.
  • Editorial Leadership: You know how to give the feedback that turns a “good” video into a masterpiece.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or Bilingual French is essential, with fluent English for internal collaboration.
