Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Odido project in sunny Málaga.

The Role: Support & Sales for Odido

As a Customer Service Representative for the Odido Service & Tech project, you will be the go-to expert for mobile and home services. You won’t just be answering questions; you will be a consultant helping customers get the most out of their tech.

🚀 Your Core Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Assist customers with mobile installations, SIM card setups, and troubleshooting slow internet or TV-box configurations.
• Consultative Sales: Use your commercial insight to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add real value to the customer’s experience.
• Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being proactive, efficient, and friendly.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in our 4-week structured training program to stay ahead of the curve in telecom technology.

✅ Who You Are

• The Linguist: Native or C2 level Dutch and a strong command of English (C1).
• The Sales Enthusiast: You aren’t afraid of sales targets and enjoy turning a service call into a commercial opportunity.
• The Techie: You have a strong interest in technology and solid basic computer skills.
• The Professional: You are organized, service-oriented, and have the legal right to work in Spain.
• Availability: You are ready to work 32-39 hours per week, including weekends (2 per month) and evenings until 20:00. Note: Monday mornings and Friday evenings are mandatory shifts.
