You will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of partners, ensuring their journey on the cloud is seamless and successful.

• Partner Relationship Management: Establish a foundation for lasting relationships by delivering a positive first impression and dedicated support.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Implement a structured strategy using calls, emails, and social media to maintain consistent partner engagement.
• Product Alignment: Position competitive solutions and offerings that align directly with customer needs and experiences.
• Strategic Feedback: Gather and relay critical customer feedback to inform and shape future business decisions.
• Exceptional Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction to deliver a top-tier engagement experience for both prospects and existing partners.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for a communicative professional who understands the intersection of sales and cloud technology.

• Languages: Native or Fluent Danish (written and verbal) and strong proficiency in English.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, account management, or customer management with a proven track record.
• Technical Background: Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies.
• Tools: Proficiency in office productivity software and CRM systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies are highly valued.
