Consequently, we are seeking a high-energy, versatile Entertainer (Animador) to join our Kids Club, Activities, Sports, and Fitness team.

In this role, you aren’t just following a schedule; instead, you are the spark that creates memories. Specifically, you will design and lead creative programs that delight our owners and guests, ensuring every day at the resort is extraordinary.

🚀 Your Mission: Energy, Creativity & Service

Your primary goal involves performing creative, sporting, and recreational activities for our owners and guests. You will deliver these services with high levels of hospitality and professionalism. Therefore, you must maintain the world-class service standards that define the Marriott brand. In addition, you will act as a vital bridge between the resort’s facilities and the guests’ fun.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Program Execution: You will lead activities for children, teenagers, and adults. Specifically, this includes day animation (games, sports, competitions) and night animation (themed nights, shows, sketches).
• Fitness & Sports: You will direct fitness classes and coordinate multiple sporting events. Consequently, you must maintain excellent physical health to manage intense rehearsals and activities.
• Technical Support: You will assist with audio, lighting, and DJ duties during evening shows.
• Operational Readiness: You must ensure that all daily tasks are completed as planned. Moreover, you will keep your work area organized to project a professional atmosphere.
• Guest Relations: You will handle reservations and voucher administration while providing detailed information about the resort and the local area.
• Team Collaboration: You will cross-train with colleagues to ensure seamless coverage of all departmental functions.

• The Linguist: You can express yourself and exchange ideas fluently in both English and Spanish.
• The Professional: You bring experience in daytime and nighttime animation, including microphone work and stage performance.
• Technically Skilled: You have a fitness qualification for directed classes. Furthermore, you have experience in crafts, games, and dance.
• The Personality: You are creative, dynamic, empathetic, and flexible. Specifically, you possess a “cheerful and fun” demeanor that attracts guests to activities.
• Team Player: You have a natural ability to work integrated effectively in a team.
• Physically Active: You possess the physical grit for intense sports and show rehearsals.
