🚀 Your Mission: Crafting Extraordinary Experiences

As an Entertainment Host, your primary goal involves designing and leading high-end guest activities. Therefore, you will ensure that our sports, wellness, and children’s programs align with the sophisticated standards of a 5-star luxury environment. By doing so, you act as a vital bridge between our resort’s serene atmosphere and the vibrant Mediterranean culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Program Design: Develop and execute creative programs for sports, wellbeing/wellness, and artistic expression.
• Childhood Wonder: Lead and supervise specialized children’s activities, ensuring a safe and magical environment for our youngest guests.
• Operational Excellence: Utilize hotel management tools to track guest participation and improve service quality.
• Proactive Engagement: Actively interact with guests to promote activities while maintaining a high vocation for service.
• Event Planning: Organize and coordinate entertainment schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Control: Ensure that every activity inspires memories and reflects the “distinction” of the Meliá Collection.

✅ Who You Are

• The Expert: You bring 1–2 years of experience in entertainment roles within 5-star hotels.
• The Specialist: You hold a specific higher education degree relevant to the position.
• The Linguist: You possess a very high level of English (C1-C2). Additionally, you must have a high proficiency in German to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Creative Strategist: You have deep knowledge of wellness trends, sports programs, and artistic activities.
• Effective Communicator: You possess the professional spark to engage guests and lead teams with confidence.
• Organized Professional: You demonstrate high capacity for planning and innovation in dynamic environments.
