2. Mandatory Contract Requirements

This program utilizes specific Spanish Vocational Training and Labor regulations. Therefore, you must understand the following strict conditions:

2.1. Candidate Eligibility

Candidates are ideal for the position if they hold:

• A University Degree, Intermediate/Higher Level Vocational Cycle, Specialist, Professional Master’s Degree, and/or Certificate of the Vocational Training System.
• An equivalent degree of artistic or sports studies that enables or qualifies the individual for the exercise of the work activity.

2.2. Contract Conditions

The following conditions apply to the employment contract:

• Eligibility Window: You must finalize the employment contract within three years following the completion of your corresponding studies. However, this period extends to five years if we agree upon the contract with a person with a disability.
• Duration: The contract has a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum duration of 1 year.
• Remuneration: The Collective Agreement applicable in the company sets the remuneration for these contracts. Failing that, remuneration corresponds to the professional group and level matching the functions you perform.
