Are you a strategic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales / MICE (Jefe/a de Ventas) to lead our commercial strategy in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven professional to generate business and open new markets. You will be responsible for defining the Business Plan, supervising the commercial team, and driving sales growth across all segments, with a specific focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), corporate accounts, and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans.
- Leadership: Supervise, develop, and lead the internal and external commercial teams.
- Business Development: Manage contracting with Tour Operators, Corporate clients, and Agencies.
- Action: Organize fam trips, attend trade fairs, and execute direct sales actions.
- Analysis: Monitor market trends (international, national, local) and competitor activity.
