🚀 Your Mission: Creating Unforgettable Arrivals

As a Host / Hostess, your primary goal involves receiving our international clientele with a professional, warm, and welcoming attitude. Therefore, you act as the vital first point of contact, ensuring a seamless transition from the entrance to the table. By doing so, you contribute to an atmosphere of exclusivity and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Greet all clients with professional warmth and manage the reception area with total poise.
• Flow Management: Handle phone inquiries, confirm and process reservations, and assign tables strategically.
• Expert Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of restaurant hours, services, and the resort’s diverse gastronomic offer.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure an efficient guest flow and uninterrupted service.
• Proactive Service: Provide information and resolve guest inquiries with courtesy. Moreover, you will anticipate guest needs before they arise.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage incidents or complaints with empathy and professionalism, reporting relevant cases to the Restaurant Manager.
• Experience Design: Ensure every visit remains a memorable experience from the first contact until the final farewell.

• The Professional: You bring previous experience in a similar role. Specifically, we value experience in high-end hotels or luxury restaurants.
• The Expert: You hold a degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
• The Linguist: You possess a high level of both Spanish and English. Additionally, we highly value proficiency in any third language.
• The Communicator: You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a natural orientation toward the guest experience.
• Organized Multitasker: You have the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
• Flexibility: You accept rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
