🚀 Your Mission: Upholding a 70-Year Legacy

As a vital member of our floor team, you will be responsible for the impeccable cleaning and setup of both occupied and departure rooms. Specifically, you will follow the highest international standards of hygiene and luxury to create a flawless environment for every guest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Room Excellence: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to the strict LHW quality protocols.
• Organization: Maintain your assigned cleaning materials and cart, ensuring everything is properly stocked and out of guest sight.
• Common Areas: Keep hallways and public spaces pristine, removing any debris or irregularities during your rounds.
• Reporting & Communication: Use the OPERA system to update room statuses and report maintenance issues or guest preferences immediately.
• Support Services: Coordinate with valet and room service teams to ensure prompt removal of trays and linens.
• Sustainability & Safety: Respect environmental goals by managing energy/water use in vacant rooms and following strict safety guidelines for chemical handling.

✅ Who You Are

• The Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in 4 or 5-star luxury hotels.
• The Technician: You are proficient in specialized cleaning treatments for upholstery, carpets, and various flooring types.
• Discrete & Detail-Oriented: You possess a pleasant, professional demeanor and a natural eye for the “little things” that others might miss.
• Safety Savvy: You understand the risks of working with chemical products and prioritize workplace safety.
• The Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently with high discipline.
• Availability: You are flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and afternoons.
• Legal Status: You must be legally authorized to work in Spain.
