🏛️ YOUR MISSION: CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

As an Interior Designer at REMS, you won’t just be picking out cushions. You will own the aesthetic and functional transformation of high-value properties:

Discovery & Measurements: Visit properties to record videos, take precise measurements, and capture the “soul” of the space.
Design Presentations: Prepare Pre-Study and Deep Study presentations that wow our clients, working alongside senior designers and the sales team.
Technical Execution: Draft floor plans and fill the technical specifications for design contracts.
Procurement & Logistics: Manage the purchasing of furniture and decor, ensuring on-site delivery and staging are perfectly orchestrated.
Project Governance: Maintain cost files, update inventory lists, and deliver final reports that reflect our standards of excellence.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for a profile that balances technical precision with high-end aesthetic flair:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in rendering software (ArchiCAD, Revit, or Sweethome) and Microsoft Office. Adobe Suite is a big plus.
Industry Eye: A deep understanding of materials, textiles, and a finger on the pulse of global design trends.
Project Discipline: Proven ability to respect budgets, tight timelines, and rigorous quality requirements.
Communication: Native/Fluent Spanish and English. If you speak French, you’ll have a significant advantage in our international office.
