We have a unique opportunity to launch your career with one of the largest banks in Spain. You will join a Digital team playing a key role in the bank’s transformation strategy by redesigning, automating, and digitalizing end-to-end processes.

1. YOUR MISSION: ENHANCING DIGITAL EFFICIENCY

This team contributes to making bank operations more scalable, resilient, and focused on high-value activities. Your primary focus will be:

• Process Redesign: Automating and digitalizing bank processes with a comprehensive end-to-end view.
• Efficiency: Enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Experience Improvement: Improving both customer and employee experiences through digital innovation.
• Scalability: Contributing to the development of more scalable and resilient operations.

2. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a pragmantic, results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of general IT Development experience.
• Core Tools: At least 2 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Gitlab/GitHub.
• Programming: Knowledge of Python, Pyspark, or Scala is required.
• Languages: English level C1 is mandatory; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Agile Tools: Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Vocational Training with Technical Certification.
