We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Developer who is eager to grow, tackle new challenges, and master modern technologies in an agile, multicultural environment. III. YOUR TECH STACK & SKILLS

We value curiosity as much as code. Here is what we are looking for:

Must-Haves:

  • Java Mastery: Strong knowledge of Java 11 or higher (Java 17/21 is a huge plus!).
  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Architecture: Experience building microservices-based architectures.
  • Databases: Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational SQL databases.
  • Quality: A solid understanding of unit testing to ensure robust delivery.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with TDD or BDD.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) practices and Git/GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
