Learning Product Designer – AI x EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

Your 4 Major Missions:

1. Architecture: Own the full learning system, from high-level architecture to the exercises and soundscapes that serve transformation.
2. Premium Courses: Co-craft cinematic learning journeys with top performers and experts.
3. AI Conversations: Design and optimize prompt chains and “PX Agents” so AI interactions feel human and actionable.
4. Transformation Analytics: Obsess over learner data and behavioral triggers to identify exactly where transformation breaks.

IV. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are looking for an “A-player” who values intensity and depth over surface-level results.

• Professional Background: 3–6 years in EdTech, coaching, or transformational education.
• Technical Arsenal: Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and designing across various asset types (video, interactive, etc.).
• The Paradox Mindset: Craft-obsessed and outcome-driven; you enjoy working beyond a 9–5 to become a “beast” in your field.
• Linguistic Skills: Native French is required (to handle the nuances of AI emotional loops), alongside fluent English.
• Portfolio: Evidence of shipped products or “cinematic” courses with measurable results.
