Job Description: Marbella City & Tapas Guide

🚀 Your Mission: Culture & Flavors

In this role, you represent the heart and soul of Marbella for travelers from all over the world. Specifically, you will guide small international groups through the city’s rich history and vibrant food scene. You will turn a simple walk into a memorable journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Storytelling: Introduce guests to Marbella’s history and Spanish culture with enthusiasm.
• Gastronomy: Lead tapas tours, sharing local food insights and ensuring guests enjoy the best flavors.
• Group Leadership: Manage the energy and safety of small international groups (primarily from the USA, Canada, and Europe).
• Flexibility: Adapt your style to different group dynamics. Additionally, you may assist with luxury picnics or hiking activities depending on your interests.
• Ambassadorship: Provide local tips and hidden gems that only a true Marbella resident would know.

✅ Who You Are

• The Local: You are at least 21 years old and have lived in Spain for at least one year.
• The Linguist: You speak and understand both Spanish and English fluently.
• The Foodie: You genuinely love Spanish cuisine and enjoy sharing that passion with others.
• The Personality: You have an outgoing, friendly nature. Consequently, you feel comfortable leading and entertaining groups.
• The Professional: You are reliable and available for evening and weekend shifts.
• The Guide: You can follow prepared routes while adding your own unique, personal touch to the stories you tell.
