MARBELLA Producer Wanted – High-End YouTube Content ENGLISH&SPANISH

We are looking for a resourceful, connected, and highly organized Local Producer to facilitate high-quality YouTube content shoots in the Marbella area. You will be the sole bridge between the Creator (who provides the strategy/script) and the physical execution of the shoot in Spain.

We need a production leader who can build the infrastructure locally so the Creator can step on set and start filming immediately.

What You Will Do:

Location Scouting & Access: Identify cinematic locations (luxury villas, warehouses, shops/restaurants/businesses, scenic roads, city spots), negotiate fees, and handle permissions/permits.
Crewing Up: Source and hire reliable local technical crew (Camera Ops, Sound, Gaffers) who are comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Logistics & Sourcing: Arrange all rentals (camera gear, lighting, props, picture vehicles) and manage crew transport.
Translation: Act as the primary bridge between the English-speaking Creator and Spanish-speaking vendors/crew.
Problem Solving: Be the “Fixer”—when plans change, you have a solution ready.

Who You Are:

• Based locally in the Marbella/Málaga area with your own transport.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Technical film vocabulary is a plus).
• Deep local network: You know who to call for a last-minute permit or a specific prop.
• Experience in production management, event coordination, or location management.
