Royal HaskoningDHV is looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our fast-growing Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team in Málaga. We are an independent, international consultancy with over 140 years of expertise, dedicated to our mission: “Enhancing Society Together”.
In this role, you will be at the heart of international projects, supporting one of the world’s leading design and engineering teams for large-scale data centres.
🏗️ Your Mission and Responsibilities
You will provide high-level organizational and project support to ensure smooth daily operations for our Málaga-based team:
- Communication Hub: Manage agendas, meetings, and communications for the local MCF team.
- Office Logistics: Coordinate office administrative processes, facilities, and logistics.
- Project Support: Monitor deadlines for proposals and projects, ensuring all documentation is complete and of high quality.
- Coordination: Arrange travel, host visitors, and manage internal or external events.
- Information Management: Take charge of document control, reporting, and filing updates.
✅ What You Bring to the Team
We are seeking a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment:
- Foundation: A relevant secretarial or administrative education.
- Experience: Several years in office management or project support, ideally within a consultancy or project-based environment.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Digital Skills: Mastery of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for high-quality reporting and presentations.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in HR or Recruitment is a strong advantage.
