🛠️ THE MISSION: FROM RAW MATERIAL TO FLIGHT READY

As our Process Engineer, you will be the heart of our production efficiency. You will take charge of the SMT line, Backend, Assembly, and Functional Test processes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Production Oversight: Ensure manufacturing orders are executed flawlessly and maintain total product traceability.
• Documentation & Design: Generate manufacturing procedures and review hardware/mechanical design documentation.
• SMT Programming: Program machines including P&P, Oven, AOI, and x-Ray.
• DFM Leadership: Develop Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines to drive excellence in PCBA design.
• Team Empowerment: Provide training, work instructions, and the necessary equipment for our team of operators.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for an engineer who balances technical expertise with a proactive “zero excuses” attitude.

• Education: Degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in electronic system production with advanced IPC/EIA J-STD-001 knowledge.
• Skills: Ability to read schematics and define requirements for equipment and process control.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in English.
• Mindset: You are team-oriented, humble, and value quality and attention to detail as if the team were your first customer.
