Job Description: Property Coordinator

🚀 Your Mission: Operational Precision & Sales Support

Your primary goal involves bringing order and clarity to our complex sales environment. You will manage luxury properties through every stage of the lifecycle. Therefore, you must perform exceptionally well in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift frequently. In addition, you will ensure that our sellers enjoy a smooth and professional experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: You will support the acquisition process and oversee the day-to-day management of properties.
• Database Accuracy: You must maintain and update the client and property database on a daily basis.
• Marketing Liaison: Specifically, you will coordinate marketing actions for listings to ensure high visibility.
• Communication: You will prepare newsletters and handle client follow-ups with a strong service mindset.
• Documentation: Furthermore, you will draft contracts and manage all related legal documentation with total precision.
• Internal Support: You will assist our internal teams to ensure a smooth daily operations flow.

✅ Who You Are

• The Professional: You bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. While real estate experience is a plus, it is not strictly required.
• The Linguist: You are fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, we highly value any additional languages.
