QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our hub in Málaga. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products within the Trade & Supply Chain Finance domain. III. YOUR MISSION: ENSURING QUALITY AT SCALE

In this role, you will be the guardian of software reliability, working at the intersection of development and operations to support our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Testing: Design, execute, and maintain test cases and plans for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• TDD/BDD Leadership: Collaborate with developers to support Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• CI/CD Integration: Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous delivery.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and track defects using JIRA and other ALM tools.
• Process Excellence: Ensure all testing frameworks align with high-quality standards and specific business requirements.

IV. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are seeking a technical professional who understands the complexities of regulated financial domains.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3+ years in QA roles with a strong background in Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
• Core Stack: Proficiency in Python and experience using Cucumber for BDD.
• Agile Fluency: Proven experience working with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for our multicultural environment.

Technical Preferences (Nice-to-Have):

• Automation: Knowledge of Java and Selenium.
• API & Load Testing: Experience with SOAP, Postman, and JMeter.
• Data: A strong understanding of relational databases (SQL).
• Management: Experience with ALM testing management tools.
