We are looking for a QA Tester Manager to join our fast-growing team in Málaga. In this role, you will work across cross-functional teams in Spain and Germany to drive innovation and ensure top-tier quality for our IT solutions.

🛠️ YOUR MISSION: STRATEGY & AUTOMATION

You will own the quality landscape for our complex integration and application frameworks:

• Strategic Leadership: Define test strategies, quality goals, and optimization initiatives.
• Framework Evolution: Lead the design and development of integration and application test frameworks.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage integration testing, regression testing, and defect management.
• Tech Innovation: Drive test automation and support CI/CD pipelines while researching new technologies.
• Collaboration: Partner with international colleagues to deliver high-performance digital solutions.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are seeking a technical leader who thrives on quality and continuous improvement:

• Languages: Native German and fluent English (both written and spoken) are required.
• Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Level certified.
• Experience: At least 8 years in integration testing with a deep understanding of data flows.
• Testing Depth: Experienced in unit, integration, API, E2E, performance, and security testing.
• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, ELK, and Grafana.
• Analytical Mindset: Focused on clear test case design and independent project ownership.
