As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests planning their escape to our beachfront paradise. You’ll handle requests across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every guest feels cared for from their initial inquiry to their final visit.

🚀 Your Mission: Service Excellence & Precision
Your primary goal involves handling reservation requests across various channels with grace and precision. Therefore, you will act as an ambassador of service excellence—informing, assisting, and upselling to ensure an elevated guest experience. Specifically, you will serve as a vital link between the guest and our internal departments like Marketing, Sales, and the Hostess team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Management: Handle requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media DMs with professional responses within 24 hours.
- Expert Guidance: Provide detailed information on services, menus, events, and special packages.
- Strategic Upselling: Recommend premium experiences, such as upgraded tables or exclusive packages.
- Data Integrity: Accurately manage the reservation system, capturing preferences, allergies, and occasions.
- Coordination: Organize high-profile visits with VIP Relations and redirect event inquiries to the Sales Manager.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking trends and online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor).
- Post-Visit Care: Follow up with guests via feedback emails and handle documentation requests like invoices.
✅ Who You Are
- The Experienced Host: You have previous experience in reservations, guest services, or CRM-related hospitality roles.
- The Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
- The Linguist: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish or German is a distinct advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with CRM and reservation systems and have strong computer literacy.
- Flexible: You are willing to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours during the season.
