EF Education First is a global leader in international education, helping millions of students discover new places and cultures since 1965. We are currently looking for a dynamic Residence Advisor to join our Málaga Campus. This is a full-time, live-in position where you will be the heart of our international student community.

🏠 YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Residence Advisor, you will ensure the well-being and satisfaction of international students while working under the Housing Manager.

• Welcoming Students: Manage check-ins and check-outs to help students feel at home.
• Safety & Welfare: Act as the top priority for student safeguarding and be on-call to handle emergencies as they arise.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high standards for students and staff.
• Community Life: Lead fun on-campus activities and act as a tour guide to create unforgettable student experiences.
• Operations: Support the Accommodation and Student Services teams with daily office tasks.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for approachable “game-changers” who handle challenges with positivity.

• Language Skills: Full fluency in Spanish and a minimum B2 level in English are required.
• Legal: You must have full working rights in Spain.
• Mindset: A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience living, working, or studying abroad is a major plus.
• Extra Skills: Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
