Sales Assistant (Dependiente/a) – Experience Group Marbella

About the Opportunity Experience Group, a leading global platform specializing in the retail and distribution of premium brands (such as New Era, Castore, and others), is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Marbella. We operate over 100 stores across Europe and partner with top-tier international corporations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Consequently, we are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about urban fashion and sports to help us drive sales and represent our brands with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• First, you will actively attend to customers, identifying their needs to offer personalized advice and maximize sales opportunities.
• Additionally, you will ensure the store image is impeccable by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining order.
• Furthermore, you will manage stock processes, including receiving shipments, restocking products, and organizing the warehouse.
• Also, you will handle cash register operations (opening/closing) and assist with inventory controls (RFID systems).
• Finally, you will work towards achieving individual and store KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to contribute to the group’s growth.

Requirements:

• Regarding experience, you should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion, footwear, or sports sector.
• Linguistically, a good level of English is highly valued, especially given the international clientele in Marbella.
• Personally, you must be a team player, results-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
• Availability, flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends) is required.
