About the Opportunity Silbon, the Spanish fashion brand born in Córdoba in 2009, is continuing its unstoppable expansion. We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant (Vendedor/a) to join our new corner opening at El Corte Inglés in Marbella (Puerto Banús).
Specifically, Silbon represents the image of the modern man—someone who values style, quality, and classic elegance with a trendy twist. Consequently, we are seeking a professional who embodies these values to help us launch this new point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- First, you will offer personalized customer advice, helping clients find the perfect look from our Casual, Sport, and Tailoring lines.
- Additionally, you will manage stock and ensure the visual merchandising of the corner meets Silbon’s high standards.
- Furthermore, you will handle sales transactions and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets (KPIs).
- Also, you will contribute to building customer loyalty through excellent service, a core pillar of our brand.
- Finally, you will support the management of the new opening, ensuring everything is ready for our clients.
Requirements:
- Regarding experience, you should have previous experience in fashion retail, preferably with menswear or premium brands.
- Personally, you must be dynamic, responsible, and have a strong passion for fashion and trends.
- Academically, a minimum secondary education (ESO) is required.
- In addition, given the location in Marbella, a good level of English is highly valued to serve our international clientele.
- Availability, you must be available to work a 36-hour contract with rotating shifts.
