We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Málaga. You will be the primary point of contact for new residents, driving occupancy and revenue through expert leasing and relationship management.

🔑 YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Executive, you will guide prospective residents through every step of their journey to finding a new home:

• Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to all incoming sales inquiries and initiate proactive outbound contact to convert leads.
• Property Tours: Arrange and conduct community tours and unit visits to showcase our amenities and features.
• Sales Strategy: Plan daily activities to maximize leasing targets and cross-sell across different communities based on resident needs.
• Lease Administration: Manage the required documentation, contract returns, and payment processing to secure new leases.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all contact details and data capture systems (e.g., Salesforce) are updated accurately and on time.
• Resident Experience: Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional living experience for all residents.

We are looking for a motivated professional who combines local market knowledge with international standards:

• Languages: An advanced level of English and Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
• Desirable Tools: Experience with database or booking systems like Salesforce is highly valued.
• Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Education: A good general level of education demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy.
