POWER THE FUTURE IN MÁLAGA: SALES MANAGER (NORDIC + ENGLISH)

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our “game-changer” team in Benalmádena Costa (Málaga) to lead conversations in the Cloud Solutions sector.

🚀 YOUR MISSION: LEAD & MENTOR

As a Team Manager, you will be the driving force behind a high-functioning inside sales team.

Team Building: Build, motivate, and mentor your team to drive high-level sales conversations.
Coaching: Conduct call coaching to improve customer sales interactions and document next actions.
Target Execution: Lead the team to meet and exceed sales targets and productivity quotas.
Operational Excellence: Drive metrics including response rates, conversions, and pipeline accuracy.
Talent Development: Identify high performers and build talent pipelines for future roles.

✅ THE IDEAL PROFILE

We are looking for achievements-driven leaders who enjoy a dynamic, changing environment.

Languages: Native or proficient in English PLUS one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
Experience: 5+ years in sales/business development and 3+ years in team management.
Tech Savvy: 4+ years of experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) is required.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
Soft Skills: Superior leadership skills with the ability to motivate under-performers and enable high performers.

Competitive Salary: €36,000 gross/year base + up to €10,000 gross/year in bonuses.
