Alongside Technicolor Games, we have worked on some of the industry’s biggest titles in partnership with leading studios worldwide.
We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale our commercial efforts in the gaming industry. This critical role will own the sales operating rhythm, driving revenue efficiency across divisions like The Mill and MPC.
1. MISSION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making and performance optimization:
- Sales Tooling & Automation: Administer and optimize CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Clay), owning multi-channel demand generation and email sequencing.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage technology to build a real-time market intelligence system and create account prioritization frameworks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build advanced dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting for stakeholders.
- Industry Expertise: Act as the internal expert on gaming market shifts, producing predictive analytics and trend reports.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement automations to improve global scalability and efficiency.
2. SUCCESS TIMELINE (90-DAY PLAN)
- First 30 Days (Foundation): Audit existing lead generation processes and begin building a baseline market intelligence framework.
- First 60 Days (Build): Launch optimized LinkedIn and email sequences while implementing Sales Operations dashboards.
- First 90 Days (Scale): Roll out the full market intelligence platform and deliver monthly industry outlook presentations for leadership.
3. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations functions or related positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid professional experience and knowledge within the Gaming industry is required.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and strong analytical skills using BI tools. Experience with Clay automations is highly desired.
- Languages: Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
