We are looking for a Senior SAP VIM IT Consultant to join our team in Málaga to drive the digital future of supplier billing.

🛠️ THE MISSION: DESIGNING S/4HANA EXCELLENCE

In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation projects, specializing in logistical invoice verification and process optimization.

• Process Design: Create new supplier billing processes based on S/4HANA, including logistical invoice verification and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Collaboration: Work with various departments to develop process improvement ideas and ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Architecture & Integration: Define cross-system architecture and coordinate the implementation of interfaces.
• Tech Versatility: Support and conceive interfaces using technologies like IDOCs, BAPIs, and OData.
• Sustainability: Ensure new solutions are viable, sustainable, and successfully transferred into operations.

✅ YOUR STORY: SENIOR EXPERTISE

We need a consultant who can translate complex requirements into actionable solution designs.

• Consultancy Background: Senior practical experience with OpenText VIM is required.
• SAP Prowess: Senior hands-on experience in requirements analysis, process design, modeling, and carrying out workshops.
• Financial Knowledge: A good understanding of accounting and tax requirements.
• Education: Degree in (business) informatics or an equivalent education.
• Languages: Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Mindset: You are a team player with high analytical capability and curiosity for modern IT technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP MM (PUR, IV), SD, or FI modules.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP archiving (ILM, SARA, ArchiveLink).
• Familiarity with E-invoicing.
