We are looking for an innovative Senior Account Manager to join our team of game-changers in Benalmádena Costa, Málaga. This on-site role focuses on driving growth for cutting-edge Cloud Solutions.

1. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our high-performing tech sales ecosystem:

  • Revenue Growth: Secure new customer wins for Cloud solutions and maximize up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively monitor pipelines, collect feedback, and execute closure plans.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, and channel partners to connect customers with best-of-breed solutions.
  • Strategic Development: Surface customer wins for partner evidence and identify capacity needs for recruitment.
  • KPI Control: Monitor main performance indicators and run rates to ensure goals are consistently met.

2. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Concentrix seeks diverse talent with a natural drive to go beyond “WOW” for customers:

  • Language: Native or proficient in Flemish plus fluency in English.
  • Experience: 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Technical Depth: Broad knowledge of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and technical architecture for productivity/communications solutions.
  • Certifications: Fundamentals certification is required. Knowledge of identity, security, and privacy in cloud solutions is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
