Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our hub in Málaga. Your mission is to promote engineering excellence through automation, collaboration, and standardization—accelerating software delivery and enhancing customer value. III. YOUR MISSION: ARCHITECTING RELIABILITY

In this role, you aren’t just managing servers; you are designing the pipelines and infrastructure that power global transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Design & Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines to automate software delivery, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Python, supporting event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• Container Orchestration: Deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based environments for high availability and cost efficiency.
• Testing as a Service (TaaS): Develop automated testing frameworks that provide quality assurance as a service for product teams across the company.
• Observability: Implement continuous monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) to proactively detect issues and reduce downtime.
• DevOps Culture: Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• The Stack: Proven experience with Git, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python.
• AWS Mastery: Solid understanding of AWS platforms, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
• Monitoring Savvy: Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
