Job Description: Spa & Wellness Receptionist

🚀 Your Mission: Excellence in Wellbeing

As the face of our Spa & Wellness department, you will supervise the daily reception operations to guarantee a seamless, high-end service. Specifically, you will manage guest agendas and billing with high precision while ensuring that our luxury standards and confidentiality protocols are met at every turn.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ambassadorship: Reflect the values, culture, and luxury standards of Marbella Club in every interaction.
  • Operational Supervision: Oversee daily reception tasks across shifts to ensure a gold-standard service.
  • Guest Relations: Provide personalized and efficient attention via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints with operational decisiveness.
  • Agenda Management: Supervise booking systems, ensuring correct billing, cash closures, and rate compliance.
  • Team Support: Supervise and motivate the Spa & Wellness team, assisting with administrative tasks and internal communication.
  • Revenue Growth: Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques while supporting marketing and wellness program goals.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure the reception area is pristine and report any maintenance issues immediately.

✅ Who You Are

  • The Expert: You have deep knowledge of Spa and Wellness services, products, and philosophies.
  • The Technician: You have proven experience in a SPA reception or a similar luxury environment.
  • The Linguist: You possess a high level (C1) of both English and Spanish. A third language is a significant plus.
  • The Leader: You have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team under pressure.
  • The Personality: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining total confidentiality.
  • The Resident: You are currently authorized to work in Spain.
