CAREER OPENING: TIKTOK SPECIALIST | MÁLAGA (HYBRID)

Logifuture is expanding its expertise and seeking a creative, data-driven TikTok Specialist to join our growing team. You will work alongside a formidable group of marketeers, community managers, and content creators. Your primary mission will be to own and grow our B2C brand’s presence through native, high-performing content that builds relevance and drives business outcomes.

1. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As our resident TikTok expert, you will be the driving force behind our short-form video strategy:

• Content Strategy: Develop a TikTok-first strategy that aligns with brand values and specific market cultures.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends, formats, and sounds early and adapt them seamlessly for the brand.
• Campaign Execution: Ideate, script, and brief TikTok campaigns while working with creators and editors to produce cutting-edge content.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize hooks, captions, and hashtags while monitoring performance to iterate based on insights.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports against KPIs including reach, watch time, follower growth, and conversion.
• Community Building: Build communities of influencers and recruit a “brand squad” to curate grass-roots hype and manage UGC campaigns.

2. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a storyteller who understands the pulse of the platform:

• Experience: Proven experience in growing TikTok accounts and a track record of successful short-form video production.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms, as well as paid TikTok Ads experience.
• Storytelling: Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Market Insight: A thorough understanding of the sports landscape and a passion for topical conversations.
• Sector Background: Experience with brands related to sports or iGaming is preferred but not essential.
